In Glamping Lumbre’s virtual store, you can make your payment using the enabled payment methods. If you haven’t finalized your payment, you can return to the initial step and select a different payment method. Once the purchase is completed, the payment method cannot be changed.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL When booking our services through www.glampinglumbre.com or the reservation call center, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within five business days from the purchase confirmation date. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service provision has already begun. When applicable, 100% of the amount paid must be refunded within 30 calendar days, according to Article 48 of the same statute. Any additional costs related to the return will be covered by the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal is five (5) business days from the delivery of the good or contract signing in case of service provision. If there are fewer than 5 days remaining before the reservation date, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
No, electronic payments made through PlacetoPay do not generate additional costs for the buyer.
First, check if you received a confirmation email at the registered email address. If you did not receive it, contact Glamping Lumbre directly to verify the status of your transaction.
For every approved transaction through PlacetoPay, you will receive a payment receipt at the email address provided at payment.

In case of modifications or cancellations by the purchaser, Glamping Lumbre will apply the cancellation rules defined for each service or default rules provided:
- i) For service cancellation requested more than SIXTY (60) calendar days before the established start date, the purchaser will be charged a penalty equivalent to FIFTEEN PERCENT (15%) of the amount paid to date; ii) If the purchaser cancels the service between 59 and 30 days before the service start date, 80% of the total service value will be refunded; iii) If the purchaser cancels the service between 29 and 0 days before the service start date, they will lose one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid for the service; iv) If the purchaser cancels the service during its execution, they will lose one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid.
- For reservation date changes, these can only be made subject to availability and LUMBRE S.A.S’s acceptance of the change. The option to change dates is only available if the change is notified at least 15 days before the reservation date. Any date change will require payment of a minimum penalty of $100,000 COP per room per night or more depending on the season and advance notice of the change request. If the date change is requested for a different day of the week than originally reserved (Saturday or holiday), the penalty will be $150,000 pesos per room. The reservation can be used for up to 6 months following the initial reservation date. After this time, the reservation can no longer be used. If there is a tariff adjustment during this period due to year change, season, or hotel strategy, this tariff change must be assumed by the customer.
LUMBRE will not be obligated to refund the purchaser any amount if, for reasons beyond LUMBRE’s control, the purchaser does not arrive on time or arrives late for their reservation. Notwithstanding the above, LUMBRE reserves the right to make refunds at its discretion, in case the trip cancellation by the purchaser is due to demonstrable force majeure reasons. Purchasers are advised to obtain service cancellation insurance.
